This place is the ABSOLUTE BEST when it comes to the food, drinks, atmosphere, and service! I remember when this place first opened - everyone working there is very friendly, and as long as you’re nice, the feelings are reciprocated! I have eaten so much of their food, indulged in too many of their good drinks, and I tell you what - GOOD FOOD When I first moved to NM, there wasn’t a good spot that had boba AND snacks, so this place is heaven for me. I recommend everything on their menu. Thank you Phamily Tea House for your delicious food and sweet hospitality

Super yummy and affordable food on campus. The staff is always nice and friendly! They’ll let you sample all the toppings until you’ve picked the one you want and let you adjust the sugar/ice level of your drink. The boba is always tasty and fresh, I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba :) and the popcorn chicken tastes really authentic to Taiwanese popcorn chicken. It’s family owned so they look like they’re short staff but that’s fine, I can wait all day for their delicious drinks and food

Excellent place for boba and fresh Vietnamese food. The atmosphere is very authentic and isn’t wasted on the ascetic, rather the focus is on the quality and authentic food and drinks. We ordered To-Go, but would love to dine in for a traditional experience.Two boba teas and a spring roll were ordered and delicious!

The short ribs and fried rice were fantastic! The popcorn chicken was amazing too! The marinade, crispy coating, and seasoning were unreal! We also loved our smoothies!

I love their Thai Tea and Refreshers! They will make custom drinks if you ask them first and are always super nice. I really appreciate the sturdy lids too that don’t spill in the car.

If you’re looking for an authentic boba drinks this is where you need to go. My favorite is the Taro blended boba. Huge cups and perfect flavor. I recommend this place for sure

We tried this place for the first time today and we are glad we did! Everything was fresh and delicious. Great location near UNM. I am a student and it is a couple of blocks from my house. We ordered takeout which came out quickly even though they had just opened and were already getting busy. I got the egg fried rice which was flavorful and large in portion topped with an egged cooked perfectly. My partner ordered the grilled short rib meat rice plate. It was very good and the meat was tender with a phenomenal grilled smokey flavor. We also got the pork sausage spring rolls. Also great! Check out their smoothie and tea selections to complete your meal! We enjoyed the sour apple smoothie and the kiwi lemon tea with rainbow jelly boba.

Really quality food, and great boba. The service is good and they make everything fresh. It is family owned and they are really great, hard working folks. I have been here about 10 times and it it is always delicious. The place is small and unassuming, and it is clean. Try it ! You'll keep going back, for sure.
